maximize student`s ability in speaking

the main problem as an English or foreign language teacher is to make the student can speak as well as they speak in their mother tongue.  speaking in foregin language may be hard or too difficult for the young learners, because the vocabulary store is still limited so they will be afraid to speak in foreign language. teaching speaking could be fun if the student that we teach speaks in target language as well as he speak in his mother tongue. speaking i s an measurement of knowing language ability , so if want to know how far someone master in foregin language we size up when we ask him to chat with us in foregin language. the more vocabulary reflect to his ablity in mastering a foreign language. in the classroom sometime when we speak using foreign language the student often confused and say,,sir,,can you speak slower sir,,or sir please speak louder, this is just a camouflage to hide their inability in mastering the vocab. so how to make they understand??
there are three types first we can try by managing classroom group..in group we ask them to debate or discuss using a certain topic. this approach will give more oppurtunity to speak freely in the forum and making his idea in english .  the second we use a gaming approach, a gaming approach is a method that use a game as media for teaching foregin language, theoretically this approach will make the student easier and brave to speak foreign language, creating a communicative output activity to give the student time to practice their language ability, its mean after we explaining the lesson and describing the topic try to chat or at least give them an extra time to show your language ability to them, and ask them to give the respond for your show. beside the tips that i have given to you still there is a method that may be useful for you, for example, C L T. communicative language teaching. this method was designed to replace grammar tranlation method that still use a long term habit of learning < memorizing> in this method you will be guided to train and practice to speak foreign language in front of your student. beside C l T you may try recognizing a script tactics, it will develop speaking ability by making them aware of script for different situation so they can predict what they will hear and what they will have to say,
