SINGAPORE ENDURING HEGEMONY IN ASIA

Singapore is a tiny country no more than new York in U.S or St. pittersbourgh in Russia, but has a modern technology as well as Israel or U.S. in southeast Asia, Singapore grown and change it self into the most sophisticated and powerful country.  Singapore was founded by Sir Thomas Stamford Raffles in 1819, before Raffles founded it Singapore was not as famous as now until raffles built a harbor to support a British commercial business in Melaka strait. For Raffles an the British empire Singapore is an important  access which potential to endure British hegemony in southeast Asia. Singapore was a part of Malaysia but because of the chaotic between the Malayan and  the Chinese force Singapore to separate from it. At first the Singapore’s independence was not gain a popularity in international forum. There were many of  international press and journal said that Singapore is not suitable stand as a independence state, because its territory was not supported by clean water and nature source. The rank of the jobless and low-education become another factors that underestimate Singapore. Gaining few respond from international forum has forced LEE at that time was a Singapore Prime Minister realized that no country in this world Which has a Same characteristic like Singapore unless Israel. Politically Singapore, and Israel has many similarity. It has a tiny territory and it also surrounded by country which has massive Muslim popularity, like Malaysia and Indonesia. So that because it has a tiny area and surrounded by a country which has a massive Muslim popularity Singapore needs to increase and improve its military budget, and military equipment, Such as Tank, air craft, or missile.  In order to built a modern military force Singapore established  a work collaboration with Israel. Singapore bought a lot of tanks and Military weapon from Israel, not only a tools and battle equipment that Singapore got from Israel but also a tactics and military strategy Singapore also learned from Israel. The Singapore government think that they need to get a military blue print from Israel, because they see Israel more dangerous than U.S. getting a lot of battle equipment plus with a military tactics from Israel is enough for Singapore to endure its hegemony in southeast Asia and no doubt about it. Theoretically it is undeniable if in the next two or three years Singapore will seize the ASEAN country from many Aspect.
